This is a veritable masterpiece: our scraped surface heat exchanger was developed by the manufacturer MBS in cooperation with the University of Parma. Very suitable for application with liquids with difficult-to-process physical characteristics.

Now, take products with high viscosity (tomato sauce, mayonnaise, baby food, lotions, mascara). Or products with solid particles (yoghurt with fruit, animal feed). Even liquids that tend to quickly stick to the walls of a heat exchanger (cheese, jams, caramel, chocolate, peanut butter) are no problem for this heat exchanger.
