This is a tour de force: our scraping heat exchanger was developed by manufacturer MBS in collaboration with the University of Parma. Very suitable for use with liquids with difficult to process physical properties.
Now take products with a high viscosity (tomato sauce, mayonnaise, baby food, lotions, mascara). Or products with solid particles (yogurt with fruit, pet food). Even liquids that quickly stick to the walls of a heat exchanger (cheese, jams, caramel, chocolate, peanut butter) are no problem for this heat exchanger.
